These items display in a similar manner as traditional 4 option multiple choice.
Selection boxes are used next to the options.
Multiple selection boxes can be selected at once.
To remove a selected selection box, it must be pressed again.
The Rationale Screen works as shown below, telling the user which options are correct by highlighting the selection boxes green, which items are incorrect by highlighting those radio buttons in red, and which items the user selected by placing a black check in the selection box.
A single rationale window defaults open immediately informing the user if they are correct or incorrect. If it is correct, the "Correct:" font color is green. If it is incorrect, the "Incorrect:" font color is red.
