This basic form of Fill In The Blank allows a user to enter a value into a text box.
The answer can be typed in.
Once the Submit button is pressed, the user is given immediate feedback.
The question, on screen values, and correct answer are stored in the database.
Note: Text to the right of the entry field is also stored in the database but is not required.
